How long does setup take?+

Please allow approximately 90 minutes before guest arrival for our team to set up the booth, test lighting, load your custom template, and style the backdrop.

What's your service area?+

We serve a 30-mile radius from Shreveport. Events outside this area are still warmly welcomed and may include an additional travel fee. Just ask for a quote.

Can I pick up rentals myself?+

No. All rentals are delivery only. Our team handles drop-off, setup, and pickup so you don't have to think about it.

What's the delivery fee?+

We have a $100 minimum delivery fee. Heavier items like whiskey barrels, vintage furniture, and large rental setups may require a custom delivery quote. Larger events are priced per setup.

How far in advance should I book?+

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to make sure your date is open. Popular weekends fill up quickly, so the earlier the better.

Can the photo booth be customized?+

Yes. Every booth includes a custom photo overlay, print design, and digital template designed around your event or brand. Special backdrops are available upon request.

Is an attendant included?+

Yes. Every booth rental comes with a trained on-site attendant included in the price. Your guests are taken care of from start to finish.

What's your deposit policy?+

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before your event date.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, and major credit cards.
